Day 01: Delhi (Arrival)

Around midnight arrival in Delhi. Upon arrival you will be meet by our representative and transferred to the hotel as finalized in tour itinerary. Overnight stay will be at Delhi.


Day 02: Delhi

In the morning sightseeing in Old Delhi includes Rajghat, Jama Masjid, Humayun Tomb, Qutub Minar. Before you proceed to the Hotel you will drive through New Delhi where you will see the India Gate, Government Buildings and Embassies. Overnight stay will be at Delhi.


Day 03: Delhi - Jaipur (by train)

In the afternoon transfer to the railway station for train to Jaipur. In the late evening arrive in Jaipur and transfer to the hotel.

After breakfast drive to the ancient capital of Amber, laying 11 km. away from Jaipur. Amber was the ancient capital of Kachhawaha dynasty for 6 centuries before it was moved to newly created Jaipur. You will ascend to the Palace Fortress on the back of an Elephant. Enroute to Amber you will visit the Hawa Mahal (Palace of the Winds), built in 1799 AD, it contains 953 small casements with each having its own balcony. In the afternoon visit the City palace which is still the formal residence of the royal family, built in a blend of the Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. In the museum of the city palace visit the private collection of the Jaipur Maharajas. Continue to Jantar Mantar, a stone observatory, the largest of Jai Singh's five remarkable observatories.


Day 05: Jaipur - Agra (by train)

In the early morning transfer to the railway station for the train to Agra. Arrive in Agra by the afternoon and transfer to the hotel. In the evening visit the most beautiful monument of India, the Taj Mahal, an enduring monument to love, with a continually fulfilling beauty. It was built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan between 1631-52, as a tomb and memorial to his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal (Jewel of the Palace), who died at the age of 39 giving birth to her 14th child. Take some photograph during sunset when beauty of the monuments is beyond description. Overnight stay will be at Agra.


Day 06: Agra - Gwalior

Early morning once again visit the The Taj mahal during sunrise and again see the same monumnets with different colours of attractions then you will start your sightseeing by a visit to the Agra Fort, built by three of the greatest Mughal emperors. The construction of this massive structure began in 1565 under Akbar's reign and continued till the time of his grandson's reign, Shah Jahan who built the impressive imperial quarters and mosque. After the visit of Agra Fort you will drive to Gwalior. After a break in the Hotel in Gwalior you will visit the famous Fort which was built by Raja Man Singh of Tomar dynasty in the 6th century. After the visit of Fort you will visit an old Hindu Temple (10th century) dedicated to god Vishnu.


Day 07: Gwalior - Jhansi (train) - Khajuraho

In the morning transfer to railway station to catch the train for Jhansi. Upon arrival in Jhansi, later drive to Khajuraho. Khajuraho was the capital of the Chandela dynasty. The Chandela Kings claimed descent from the moon.


Day 08: Khajuraho - Varanasi (by air)

Today you will visit the temple complex of Eastern Group and Western Group to see the most beautiful temples in India. Most famous among them is the Laxmana Temple which is dedicated to god Vishnu. In the evening flight to Varanasi. The rest of the day at leisure. Varanasi - north india tour


Day 09: Varanasi - Delhi (by train)

In the early morning take a boat ride on the holy river Ganges and enjoy sunrise on the boat. Ghats (flight of steps) and the activities of pilgrims on that are the principal attraction for visitors to Varanasi. Thousands of pilgrims and devotees visit this city to make holy prayers, to meditate and to purify themselves through taking a bath in the holy river Ganges. After a break in the Hotel you will go for the sightseeing of the city of Varanasi. In the evening transfer to railway station for overnight journey to Delhi.


Day 10: Delhi - Deaprture

In the morning arrive in New Delhi and transfer to the hotel day is free for shopping and leisure activity. Later in evening in time transfer to airport to catch flight for onward destinations or home.
